Dr Katrin Gratz is married and has two children. She has been a successful intercultural consultant in industry, administration and professional sport for the past 20 years.

As a practising ethnographer and cultural anthropologist, opening up foreign worlds and systems of meaning is her life's work and passion. She is curious and appreciative of all her clients who have allowed her to enter their different worlds:

From the shop floor level of a foundry to the boardrooms of banks and business; from prison cells and refugee shelters to the head coaches of the German Bundesliga; from kindergartens and special schools to government ministries and heads of administration.

The constant cultural and social change entails thinking out of the box and leading people to insights outside their comfort zone.
